Eventing as a sport requires determination, dedication and masses amounts of hard work, and from what we know of VBEventing so far, this eventing team has all three in abundance!

Victoria Bax is the rider and trainer at VBEventing and she has taken her team of retrained racehorses from the early stages of retraining through to CIC International events. A current serving Police Officer, Victoria epitomises 90% of people that take part in Equestrian activities. She is one of the many that had to define a career outside of horses to supplement her passion in the hope that she would fulfil her goals and objectives in her chosen discipline of Eventing. And with hard work, determination and an obvious degree of talent, Victoria is well on the way to making herself and her team as successful as many of the full time, professional riders on the circuit.

The main aim of VB Eventing is to have a string of ex-racehorses that have been successfully re-trained and competing at the highest level of British Eventing. Many racehorses are simply not fast enough to make it on the track, yet have the ability, presence and attitude that make them model event horses. Victoria has helped a number of ex-racehorses start their eventing careers and has given many fabulous horses that are not suitable or too slow for the track a second chance of being a success.

Although VBEventing are not the only team to have competed ex-racehorses, VBEventing are the only people that solely compete Ex-Racehorses within British Eventing. VBEventing also aims to help interested owners to make the transition from having a racehorse to having a re-trained racehorse entering into a 2nd career and to provide useful and informative advice to people wanting to own an ex-racehorse.
