Making A Purchase
We currently only accept orders by telephone or email.

Our pricing is as follows-

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to pounds sterling or your own currency.

We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express and Diners card. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Lines are open from 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday. An answering machine is in operation outside of these hours.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

NOTIFICATION OF SHORTAGES ON A DELIVERY

Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping And Handling

Postage and packing costs are a maximum of £5.00 per 30kg with a maximum postage of £45.00 + VAT for 1000kgs within the GB mainland. Although some outlying areas may incur a surcharge on carriage at the £47.00 rate, contact us for further details.
The delivery charge is calculated automatically for each individual item.
Any items that are free delivery allow you a total carriage weight of 20kg free of charge including the free item unless stated on the product. Free delivery only applies to the mainland.

Our orders are delivered to you via The Home Delivery Network.
Please note that small items weighing less than 1.2kg will be sent parcel post at cost.

Orders placed from the following postcodes will also have a surcharge added to the cost of shipment due to the higher prices we have to pay our couriers to deliver in these areas. Even items that are free delivery will have a surcharge added. Please contact us on +44 177 230 0027 for the exact surcharge for your area.

Delivery Schedule

At Pure Feed Ltd we pride ourselves on our delivery service and aim to despatch all orders on the working day after they are received by us.

Orders placed before 12 noon will be despatched on the next working day.

Our delivery service ensures that all orders to GB mainland areas will be delivered within 48 hours of despatch.

Please Note: deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm , excluding Bank Holidays.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security At Pure Feed Ltd. PLEASE NOTE ONLY CARD PAYMENTS WITH THE CORRECT CV2 AND CARD HOLDER ADDRESS WILL BE PROCESSED we do not store any information once the card details have been processed.

Guarantee Returns & Guarantee

We want you to be happy every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

For all items:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you should call us within 24 hours to arrange return; we will replace the item or issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Defective items:

Items that are deemed defective may be returned. However, we only accept the return of items that have been opened if they are defective. Details are provided below of how to return defective items to us.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund any delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.

To return an item:
If you wish to return an item, please inform us by calling +44 177 230 0027. Please package the parcel securely and send it to the address below, enclosing a note giving your contact details and the reason for the return.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
The company will not be liable for any costs incurred in the return of cancelled orders. The goods will not be deemed to have been returned until notification is given by the company that the goods have been returned to the address advised by the company.
It is your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as they were upon delivery. The company reserves the right to deduct from the refund any charges necessary for the repair or cleaning of any goods returned not in the same condition as upon delivery. You are advised to retain the original packaging in the event of you cancelling an order. The company retains the right to charge for any necessary packaging/re-packaging.
The company shall be entitled to recover all costs, loss, charges, and expenses incurred in connection with goods returned not saleable as new.
Additionally there will be a re-stocking charge to cover the original cost of shipping to you and for the handling of the item in our warehouse. This charge will be £7 even on a free delivery item.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy Policy

Pure Feed Limited Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
